• Which OS and devices do you support?

  
  We provide assistance for Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. We have browser extensions for Chrome and Firefox. To configure your device, go to our setup page. Because our proxies support HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS5, most compatible software will operate.

• Do you monitor my activity?

  
  We do not collect activity logs, including browsing history, traffic destination, data content, or DNS queries. OpenSSL is used to encrypt all VPN communication. We neither intend nor provide a possibility for someone to monitor your internet activities. We also never keep connection logs, so there will be no records of your IP address, incoming VPN IP address, connection timestamp, or session length. Our guiding concept in data collecting is to acquire just the information necessary to run a world-class VPN service at scale. We intended our systems to not include sensitive client data; even if coerced, we cannot divulge data that we do not have.

• What is your refund policy?

  
  Unfortunately, we can not issue refunds owing to the intangibility of the services we provide, as well as the fact that we do not monitor consumer activities. Under specific conditions, a shop credit may be provided.
